The provision of personal data for purposes a), b), and c) is mandatory for the proper establishment and fulfillment of the obligations arising from a Sales Contract and, in general, for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Therefore, any refusal would make it impossible to establish and/or execute the contractual relationship and/or carry out the aforementioned activities.
The provision and processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in letter d) is optional; therefore, any refusal would make it impossible to receive information and communications relating to Gemux srl’s activities.

Finally, please note that Section 3 of the Regulation grants data subjects the exercise of specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists and to have such data made available to them in an intelligible form; the right to request the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data in violation of the law; and the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
